in Barrington, Illinois • May 26 - May 27, 2012 • Sat & Sun 10-5Art festival season kicks off with the Barrington Art Festival Memorial Day weekend. FREE and open to the public, the Barrington Art Festival presents the work of 140 juried artists from around the world in a variety of mediums, including ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, metal, photography, watercolors, wood and more. The Barrington Art Festival is produced in partnership with the Village of Barrington and the Barrington Cultural Commission.

Artist Demonstrations and Booth Chats
Festival-goers will have the opportunity to see the masters at work with interactive art demos and booth chats taking place all weekend long! Look for a "Demo Here" sign in participating artists' tents.
FREE Family Fun
Stop by the youth art tent for fun art activities for kids including an art scavenger hunt!
Peruse the works of young artists in the Youth Art Division of the festival, showcasing original works from artists ages 6 to 18.
