2010 Port Clinton Art Festival Setup

PLAZA BOOTHS ONLY (#139-145, 172-189, 250-259)
Check-In at 6AM - NOON
MUST check in and set-up Friday August 27, between 6 am – noon. To make it easy check-in will be at the corner of Central and Second Street. All vehicles must be out by noon.
ALL OTHER BOOTHS
Check-In at 6PM - 7:30PM
Will occur on the South Plaza area.
Actual booth set-up begins at 6:00PM. ALL ARTISTS MUST CHECK-IN BEFORE
SETTING-UP. NO UNLOADING OR SETTING UP BEFORE 6:00PM—NO EXCEPTIONS. Also, you may not double park on an open traffic street such as Central Ave. Stage in lot south of festival on St Johns, just south of the train station.
Set-Up Times
Flight One : 6AM - NOON
PLAZA BOOTHS ONLY (#140-191, 249-260)
Vehicles must be out by noon. Central Avenue will be closed.
Flight Two : 6:00PM - 7:30PM
Booths 1-21, 37-52, 71-88, 113.5-138.5, 192-236
Vehicles out by 7:30pm, set-up may continue
Flight Three : 8:00PM and ON
Booths 22-36, 52.5-70, 90-113, 236.5-248
Saturday August 28, 2010
Check-In 6:00 AM - 7:00AM
Suite 132 on the South Plaza.
Artists not able to set up on Friday in specified flights
may be required to dolly in to their space on Saturday.
