Artist Statement
I began designing jewelry while earning my degree in Graphic Design. My hobby quickly grew into a business in 2002 and after many years in business my collection has evolved from beaded to metalsmithed jewelry. Mixing metals and textures can be found throughout my collections. My hand-forged jewelry is an effortless marriage of sophisticated minimalism with a hint of urban edge. My designs are feminine and unique. I am inspired by different cultures nature and art. After studying in Rome Italy for a year I attribute my artistic motivation to the European culture. I combine the exotic elements of many cultures with art deco influenced geometrics and ultrachic textures.
