If you apply after January 20, 2025, the base application fee is covered, but late fees will apply on a per show basis. The late application process for Pro Pass Members will be directly through Amdur Productions. Please email [email protected] for more information. Your Pro Pass is not transferable to any other artist or group, is non-refundable, and does not guarantee acceptance into festivals. The Pro Pass expires October 5, 2025. What is the 2025 Application Pro Pass and what does it cover?

• The 2025 Application Pro Pass is a one-time payment of $325 that covers all application fees for the Amdur Productions 2025 Art Festival Season. It allows artists to apply to any and all 2025 Amdur Productions Art Festivals in one, stream-lined and affordable process. By purchasing a 2025 Application Pro Pass, artists can save up to $435 in application fees. Available for purchase now thru January 20, 2025.

Why should I buy a 2025 Application Pro Pass?

• Significant Savings: Applying to every 2025 Art Festival separately costs an artist $760. For a flat fee of $325, you can apply to all Amdur Productions’ 2025 art festivals at once. That’s a savings of up to $435 in application fees.
• Convenience: The Pro Pass covers all application fees for the entire 2025 festival year, simplifying the process by allowing you to apply to multiple festivals without having to pay individual application fees for each one.

How do I purchase the 2025 Application Pro Pass?

• To purchase the Pro Pass, scroll up to the top of this page and follow these steps:
  1. Choose the quantity (1) below and click “Add to Event Cart”
  2. A window will pop up on your screen. Select “Proceed to Registration”.
  3. Fill out all the information and ALL the shows you want to apply to. Then click “Proceed to Payment Options”.
  4. Fill out your payment information and click “Proceed to Finalize Registration”. This might take a few moments. Do NOT exit your screen or navigate away until you are at the confirmation page.
  5. Send 4 images of your artwork and 1 image of your booth display/setup to [email protected] by January 20, 2025!

What are the requirements after purchasing the 2025 Application Pro Pass?

• After purchasing, you need to send 4 images of your artwork and 1 image of your booth display/setup to [email protected] by January 20, 2025.

Is the 2025 Application Pro Pass refundable or transferable?

• The Pro Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable to another artist or group. It cannot be applied to past application payments or roll-over to the 2026 season.

What happens if I have purchased a 2025 Application Pro Pass, but I apply after January 20, 2025?

• Applications for all 2025 festivals are open thru January 20, 2025. If you choose to apply after January 20, 2025, the base application fee is still covered by your Pro Pass, but you will be subject to late fees, typically $10 per festival application. The late application process for Pro Pass Members will be handled directly by Amdur Productions, and you can email [email protected] for more details. How long is the Pro Pass valid?

• The Pro Pass expires on October 5, 2025.

Can I apply to the same festival multiple times with the Pro Pass?

• Yes, you can apply to the same festival more than once, but not in the same category. Ex: An artist can submit two applications to the 2025 Port Clinton Art Festival: one in the Painting, Acrylic category and one in the 3D-Functional category.

Does the Pro Pass guarantee acceptance into festivals?

• No, purchasing the Pro Pass does not guarantee acceptance into the festivals. It only covers the application fees. Applications for the Galentine’s Jewelry, Art & Gift Show are reviewed on a rolling basis. Application results for all other 2025 art festival will be released February 20, 2025.
