Artist Statement
This is a story about a Metalsmith Jewelry Artist born in Long Island New York who now resides in Barrington Il. Her silversmith jewelry pieces are for those that value the handmade process and for those who understand that it takes time to produce a quality piece. The Artist started a career in Chicago working as a Trend Designer for a jewelry wholesale company. During this time she lead various design projects one including the creation of Patti Labelles first Jewelry line. Frustrated with high volume mass production of inexpensive finished goods she decided to learn the craftsmanship by the workbench itself. She eagerly enrolled herself in night classes for basic Metalsmithing and it was there where her own passion to design started to thrive. Her jewelry brand is now a fully trademarked independent and successful business with all items being handmade by the Artist herself.
