Artist Statement
I love to keep my paintings a balance of spontaneity and purposeful strokes. I incorporate layers drips and spattering to achieve the right texture for the piece. My color seem to find their into inevitable shapes that seemingly were there before the painting began. I believe that each piece of art takes us deeper into the mystery of life. Creating abstract paintings that have touched many customers over the years still excites me. They say each time I see your painting I am brought to a new place within myself”. This and the pure joy of touching the canvas with my brush will keep me painting for years to come. As well as being an artist I am a life coach. Being an artist I live life in the details; observing and taking note of the line what is there and what may be left out.. It is those acute observational skills that help me delicately ask open ended questions that allow my clients to find the answers within themselves. I love the balance of painting and coaching!”
