Artist Statement
My work features fine gemstones bezel set in 14k gold and sometimes silver. I prefer the spontaneity of fabrication exploring the elasticity of the metals adding temper and strength in all my designs. Which results in a 70/30 ratio of hand fabrication to cast pieces. There is quite a bit of subtle engineering in all of my work. I also use bezel setting as my to imbue the feeling of permanence and timelessness always comfortable. I build my pieces to last a very long time.
