Artist Statement
Using glass that is specifically made for kiln work each design is hand cut cleaned and fitted together in the kiln. They are fused first at 1480 degrees F and then fired again at 1250 degrees F to achieve unique shapes. Each piece requires a minimum of 2 firings. Some pieces are cold worked to desired finish.
