Artist Statement
attended Kent State University and The Art Institute of Pittsburgh from which she graduated with a degree in Graphic Arts. In 1996 Linda started LAZ Studios Inc. Linda began painting commercial and residential murals in Ohio Georgia and Florida; Linda has expanded her business to canvas paintings and religious works of art. She is inspired by nature marine and wildlife as her favorite subjects. The beauty never ceases to amaze and she loves to capture the ever changing sky. Linda paints mostly in acrylic and has recently incorporated 24kt gold in her works. a process that has been exciting and challenging to learn. She hopes her paintings give a feeling of serenity and one can always see something different in them every time they look at them Whether the paintings are in natural or artificial light the 24kt gold reflects differently drawing one in
