Is the 2026 App Pass refundable or transferable?
- The App Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable to another artist or group. It cannot be applied to past application payments or roll-over to the 2027 season.
How long is the App Pass valid?
- The Pro Pass expires on October 15, 2026.
Can I apply to the same festival multiple times with the App Pass?
- Yes, you can apply to the same festival more than once, but not in the same category. Ex: An artist can submit two applications to the 2026 Port Clinton Art Festival: one in the Painting, Acrylic category and one in the 3D-Functional category.
Does the App Pass guarantee acceptance into festivals?
- No, purchasing the App Pass does not guarantee acceptance into the festivals. It only covers the application fees. Application results for the Galentine’s Market will be available on or before December 5. Application results for all other 2026 art festival will be released February 16, 2026. After February 16, applications results will be emailed within 10 business days after you submit the application.
