Artist Statement
I have been using my art to express myself for nearly 40 years, as I paint the people and surroundings that have shaped my life. My artwork is influenced by my fascination with history and abstract thoughts generated by my passion for art, which is life. My medium varies from bronze, marble,terracotta resins castings, oils and acrylics. I have developed a sense of expression by painting two dimensional works using oils and acrylics on canvas. This collection is a very drastic change from my previous artwork. The bold colors and movement show a different side of me.
