Check-in and Load-in Times

Sunday Morning on January 31, 2027

  • 8:00am – 8:45am: Odd numbered booths
  • 9:00am – 9:45am: Even numbered booths

Check-In will close at 9:45am. Set-up must be completed by opening at 10:45am on Sunday.

We made every attempt to fill special requests. Booth numbers are subject to change. We will notify you of any changes.

Check-In Location

Go to the Marriott Lincolnshire (Ten, Marriott Dr, Lincolnshire, IL 60069) and follow signs to the Hotel Entrance. The Grand Marquee is the large building with floor to ceiling windows. Follow signs to Artist Check-in. 

Load-In Instructions

THIS IS A DOLLY-IN SHOW. Please bring a dolly and/or a wagon! We will not have any available.

Every artist will:

  • Check-in and get credentials.
  • Park in a nearby parking space.
  • Dolly all of their items to their space.
  • Park their vehicle in artist parking.
  • Come back to their space and set-up their booth.

**Please do not set up your booth until your car is parked in the Artist Parking**

Parking

Parking will be complimentary for oversized and regular sized vehicles. Maps and parking permits will be distributed at check-in. If you plan to drop your hitch, please duct tape a parking permit to it.

Sales Tax Form & Info

Artists selling their work at an art festival in Illinois must collect, report and remit taxes to the Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR). Here’s all the information about remitting taxes to the Illinois Department of Revenue: https://tax.illinois.gov/individuals/fairs.html.

The “Form IDOR-6-SETR, Special Event Tax Collection Report and Payment Coupon” is below.

Storage

Storage must be kept within the artist space. Back storage is at a minimum. We will have a small room nearby to keep minor additional storage. 

Free Tickets for Customers

Tickets to Handmade Holiday Market are $10 per person with a portion of the ticket sales benefitting our non-profit partner, Wings. Find out more about Wings here: https://wingsprogram.com/. 

Free tickets are available to your customers! We will send you information when tickets are available. 

Art Festival Gift Cards

To stimulate art buying at the festival, Amdur Productions sells and gives away $25 gift cards to attendees!  Please honor the $25 gift card as payment. Patrons must use each $25 gift card in whole and not in part (no change is given). Then fill out your name on the gift card and bring it to an Amdur Productions’ staff member. We will reimburse you the amount with cash right at the festival!

Purple Ribbon Project

Join Amdur Productions in supporting WINGS Program, Inc., an organization dedicated to ending domestic violence through housing, advocacy, and education. Artists can pick up a purple ribbon at check-in and place it on select pieces in their booth. If the marked piece sells, the artist donates a portion of the sale to WINGS. Donations can be made at wingsprogram.com/donate—please write “Amdur Productions” when asked how you heard about WINGS. Thank you for participating!
