Festival Description & Highlights

This holiday art show on November 22, 2026 at the windowed, high-ceilinged Lincolnshire Marriott Resort in Lincolnshire, Illinois! This one-day, indoor art show features up to 70 jewelers, designers, artisans and crafters, and will be marketed as a holiday gift, jewelry, and home decor show just in time for holiday shopping. 

About Lincolnshire: Located about 34 miles north of Chicago, Lincolnshire is a highly-educated community with one of the fastest-growing townships in the country. 29% of the population have incomes over $200,000 and over 45% of residents have a master’s degree or higher. Specialty shops, boutiques, eateries, mixed-use retail, entertainment, hotels, and office developments make Lincolnshire a hub for shopping and relaxing. Lincolnshire is also home to Stevenson High School – one of the top rated schools in the nation – and surrounded by the affluent suburbs of Riverwoods, Bannockburn and Lake Forest. 

  • Artist Sales: Artists keep all their sales income from the show.
  • Exhibitor Spaces: About 70 spaces, 10’x5′ and 20’x5′ booth spaces available.
  • Table and Chair rentals available (fees apply)
  • Load-in will be the Saturday morning before the show. Artists will need to dolly into the event space.
  • Staff Support: Amdur Productions staff is present on site throughout the entire festival to assist artists from load in to load out.
  • Booth Sitting: Amdur Productions staff is available to booth sit for artists throughout the entire festival.
  • Marketing: A large multi-layered marketing plan supports this show with paid advertising, trade media, posters, and robust social media.

  • Through November 30, 2025: $5 Off Early Bird Application Promotion
  • January 16, 2026: Application due
  • January 17, 2026 and Thereafter: Late application fees apply, $10 per festival
  • February 16, 2026: Notifications of festival status online
  • March 16, 2026: Registration forms and show fees due (in full or half).
  • March 17, 2026 and Thereafter: Late registration fees apply, $20 per festival
  • April 1, 2026: Last day for refunds, less $50

Festival Policies and Eligibility >

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in written form and submitted by email. Emails should be sent to the Director of Artist Relations, Caitlin, at [email protected].

If an artist cancels a show on or before April 1, 2026, they will be given a refund for the amount they have paid towards the booth, less $50 processing fee. Application fees, credit card processing fees, and permit fees are non-refundable. NO REFUNDS AFTER APRIL 1, 2026.

Transfer Policy

Artists that cancel after April 1, 2026 can have the amount that they have paid toward their booth fee transferred to another 2026 Amdur Productions’ festival balance. The fee to transfer is $125. Permit fees, credit card processing fees, and application fees are non-transferable between festivals. Credit transfer will not be accepted if an artist cancels within a week from the festival start date. Credits from a cancelled show can only be transferred once.

No Show Policy

Artists who have not checked in and/or notified Amdur Productions with a message via festival phone (TBD), office phone (847-926-4300), or email ([email protected]) by 7:30 am on the first day of festival, will be considered a NO SHOW and the assigned space will be forfeited with no refund.
