Rib lovers rejoice! A major new special event is coming this summer to the Minneapolis area. The Great Midwest Rib Fest will feature ten of the country’s top-rib cookers, an art festival with many juried artists. These artists specialize in a variety of mediums, including ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, metal, photography, watercolors and wood. Live entertainment light up the stage Saturday night at 7pm!
The Great Midwest Rib Fest is a free 3-day festival featuring the best rib cookers in the country who will compete for best ribs and best sauce. There will be live music throughout each day, a beer garden, Mystic’s own food and beverage tents including roasted corn, adult oriented games, and a huge outdoor bar area.
